| Chocolate transfer is similar in technique to how you do it and the colors..outlining etc..as FBCT but with a chocolate transfer you are using tinted melted chocolate for the medium. |

| If it is wrapped really tightly in heavy plastic and the lid tightly on...it will last for up to 8 months or longer.I have had fondant for a year that is still good. |

| I would also make an 11x15 slab but I use slightly more than 2 boxes..I fill my pans 2/3 otherwise 2 mixes isn't enough.I guess it depends on the mix..I use Betty Crocker and 2 mixes isn't enough for ... |

I love the look of fondant...but covering a cake is a whole other matter I exclusively do all my cakes in WBH buttercream and my clientelle have come to expect that.Fondant is very expensive to buy ... |

I would not use Lucks Pearl liquid as many here have used it and it was too thick and clogged their airbrushes!! Me included..I threw it out!!! Americolor just put out 3 new Sheens and one is pearl so ... |
