| I used Homestead.com . I pay about $6 per month. It was very easy and I didn't know a thing about building a website. Granted it's not the fanciest website, but it gets me out there. |

Definitely weigh out your flour. I too had problems with the dough being too dry before I got a scale. I use 31.8 ounces of flour (not good at math, not sure if that is what you use too, TracyLH!).  |

| I use fondant as a base so that I have no waiting time. With RI used as only details, I can bag in sometimes three hours, depending on the amount of details and the heat/humidity. |

| If I did only RI, it would take probably 3 days to totally dry, maybe longer in this heat we have today. Is it hot and humid where you are? |

| Pat Catan's sells only Wilton, but they have their own brand of a few things (candy/cookie bags, candy cups). |
