| hate to say it -but my suggestion - re-bake - make narrow rectangular layers the length and width you need and carve down the edges to make it rounded |

| have done this a number of times - use water to thin down rolled fondant until piping consistency - didn't let it sit - - takes a lot of working the water in - have to start with a little at a time - ... |

forgot to say - add the dry pudding mix to the whipping cream just as soft peaks start to form and then finish whipping
be forewarned - vanilla is yellow in the pudding world - not white! |

| a quick cheater way of stabilizing whipped cream is to add 3TBL of instant pudding mix to every 2 cups whipping cream - I prefer white chocolate myself - it will hang at room temp for a number of hour ... |

| have not researched in thouroughly - but as far as I know - orchids are just fine -have put them on plenty of cakes before - vanilla comes from an orchid! |

| most likely it's your tip - if you don't have a seamless tip (plastic or Non-wilton) the seam often chages the flow of your frosting when piped - especially when doing very fine piping..... |

you could do shorter - smaller tiers - instead of starting with a 4" tier start with a 2" tier - all 4" - 6" rounds (a little more difficult to 'tilt' but not too bad)
