I definately change it up. I start out standing, but after a while I start to alternate sitting with standing.

I love the monster cupcakes idea! You could also use what Kaiah723 suggested about making swim trunks. Maybe even some sunglasses?

I get this too. It's usually the part I cut off when leveling my cake, though, so I don't worry about it too much. Your recipe sounds yummy!

I don't think it's wrong at all to charge separately for additional work and supplies. And judging by your pictures, your work is well worth it!
