I use whatever flavor I want to go with the cake. I may use vanilla, I may use butter, i may use almond or strawberry. I have even used Rootbeer extract. It's all up to you.

No tilting needed. Place the cake on something sturdy and make it eye level or close to eye level.

It's much better... Unfortunately you cannot get it in Georgia. It is very similar to Rich's though, many Sam's and BJ's carry it.
