Keep pluggin away. 2 banks turned me down before a third one said yes. And during the process, those turn-downs were a GOOD thing .... saved me tens of thousands of dollars!

I lost a check between the building and my van! It was after a wedding, bride gives me a check for the balance ... I put it in my pocket. I drive back to the shop and the check is gone.

| If you do, you might consider using 6 feet (or 7 or 8?) instead of 4 .... 2 in the middle to help prevent middle-cake-sagging. |

BTW I don't change consistency of my icing from one application to another I make medium stiff consistency and use it for everything. icing, writing, borders, roses, it is much less time consuming.
