Candy Clay is edible, sugar paste is not. Taste better too.... Doesn't dry as fast as either one of them either so you have time to wrk with it if you are working on a big project.

Plastic breaks it down, make sure everything is metal. Use foil to cover. When you start let your water and meringue powder sit for a couple minutes before you mix it.
