I tried Toba's cream cheese icing recipe which had the best flavor but the worst consistency -- go figure!
I agree, so have you tried to fix the consistency problem? I tried more powdered sugar but ... |

| WASC carrot cake/cream cheese frosting. Didn't have any crisco so the frosting slid, but stinken delicious. very hard to frost details, don't know how you carvers do it. |

| found one on amazon for 19.95. Google nordicware stadium pan. Even 19.95 is pricey to me though. |
