lemon cupcakes are great with strawberry or raspberry puree. milk chocolate ganache in a dark chocolate cupcake is awesome too. peanut butter or hazelnut mouse would be nice with chocolate.

make sure your iced cupcake is chilled well (take one out at a time) and dip it into room temp but still liquid ganache. place back in the fridge.
