| I haven't tried this, but I've heard of others putting a red Kool-Aid packet in the BC mixture to give a great red color. Maybe you could try that! |

| I crumb coat my cakes when they're cool. And then ice them. I leave them unrefrigerated for up to 2 days. They're usually put in a cake box. I've never had any trouble this way. |
