Well I baked the cakes for my daughters cake today...

I ended up with quite a few cake pieces, some strawberry and some white cake.... I also had quite a bit of both dark and white chocolate ganache left over....


So I mixed the cake into crumbs and treated it to a drink of Tia Maria.... I then layered some cake in a big pan,,,, spread the whiteh choc on top rolled out some marzipan, the repeated the procedure with more cake and he dark choc to finish....

I fridged it and although it sounds pretty awful and didn't look that pretty, the taste was wthout a doubt awsome!!!!!
Got the ideas from te cake ball recipe... and found it agreat way to use the left overs.... with 4 hungry choc loving kids in the house and no waste whatsoever...

It was very rish so only small bits could be eaten at one time so it looks like desert sorted for the next 3-4 days !!!
