I use the wilton recipe.
How exactly do I need to store it?
Is there a recipe I can keep on my counter for a few weeks?

Thank you!

I buy my icing (Dixie's Icing...she has a web site) and it has a shelf life of 6 months not refrigerated, one year if you refrigerate. I blame her icing for the extra pounds I've put on, as I was not a cake person until I tried her icing!
