6 ounces cream cheese
3/4 pound powdered sugar
1 tsp mint flavor
food coloring
sugar
Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, flavoring and coloring if desired. Mix until stiff. Roll into small balls, dip in sugar then press into a mint mold to make shape.
This is just the standard recipe I use, you may need more powdered sugar I don't usually measure. Lay them out on wax paper until dry then you can freeze until you need them.

This is the same recipe I was going to give you also - I don't measure anything myself, You can change the flavors of the mints: peppermint, spearmint, cinnamon, orange, etc... Change colors with the different flavors. I also like them with no extra flavorings added, the cream cheese and sugar is a great flavor too!
