I recently found a recipe here for a pumpkin cake using a spice mix....it was very good. Unfortunately I threw my printed copy out, and now I can't find it on the site! Can anyone help me with this?

I'm thinking nuts are always optional.

I just use a spice cake mix and a can of pumpkin, maybe a little extra cinnamon.
Mix together and bake. It will be wet, so you must cook it longer than you usually do or it will fall apart.

Kids love it, and they get their veg and some fiber.

And around the fall and holidays when they have the pumpkin spice creamer and the pumpkin spice pudding....

I use 1 white cake mix, the eggs called for on the box plus one, replace the water with the creamer and add in the box of pudding (and the oil called for on the box)

My oh my, oh my it is SOOO good! I have some extra pudding and some coffee creamer in the freezer so I don't have to wait a yaer
