I need a recipe for a good chocolate filling that can be in a cake sitting out for a couple of hours. I have 45 minute travel time, and then sitting out on a table for baby shower.

Thanks!

Chocolate ganache would work well. It can be out for an extended period of time.

I always use ganache as a chocolate filling . It is very rich and yummy!!!!! I use 16 oz semi sweet , 8 oz bittersweet and 1 1/2 cups heavy cream, and whip it with a whisk once cool. YUMMY!!!
