I am making a 3 tier round wedding cake, a 16, 10, 8 for 150 people. How much fondant or how many pounds of fondant will I need?

I am making one the same size. I can't wait to find out the right answer. When I added it up it was something like 126 oz which I think was like 5.4 lbs. or something. I'm terrible at math so someone else I'm sure could tell you better than me.

If you are doing 2 layers for each tier with 2" pans, you will need the following:
16" round - 4 pounds
10" round - 20 oz
8" round - 16 oz

These are approx, of course, it all depends on how thick you roll it. Post pics when you are done so we can see the cakes!
