Does anyone have a good tried-and-true butter cookie recipe? I hate sugar cookies! Blech! If anyone remembers La Cookie Bouquet, their cookies are what I'm looking for! Can anyone recommend a good icing too? I am not a fan of RI either. Gosh, I sound so picky! Laughing

I have never heard of La Cookie Bouquet, but here is a link to the Butter Cookies I make. It is a recipe of Emeril's and it has a really good icing recipe with it.
