I want the cake to look like it's got icecycles hanging off the side of it. Any idea's on how I would go about this. Or any other ideas for an "ice" theme cake? Any help is appericated.

RI would work and you can pipe directly onthe side of the cake. Also sparkling sugar for ice and of course, fondant snowflakes.
