Put them on with a photo editing program. The paint program that comes with windows will do it.

I use photoshop, but you know I think you can even do it now in photobucket? They have new editing software with a lot of cool features. Anyone know for sure?

that's what I use picnik.....so simple!!! just upload the photo, crop it or whatever then click on "create" and click on text and type in what you want, pick a font and click add and then adjust the size as necessary
