I need a sheet cake to serve apx. 100 people. what size pan do i use? I was thinking of putting a 11 x 15 with a 9 x 13 on top stacked? would that work or is there a better way to feed that many people. The most I have ever had to serve is 35. Thanks

When cut in standard serving sizes of 2x2x2, a 12x18 serves 54 so two of these side by side would serve 108.

An 11x15, when cut in 2x2's, serves 35, so you'd need 3 of these to serve 100.

Probably not at Micheal's or HL, but my cake supply store has boxes that I can put two 12x18's in with room to spare.

Remember you'll need a full sheet size board too...you won't find those at HL or Michaels either.

And I use three of these to support the weight of a cake this size.
