Actually the problem isn't so much finding it as much as finding a place that will ship it during the summer months! Just a heads up.

The Bakers Kitchen sells them in 4# tubs for $7.99 with no disclaimer about shipping during the summer months.....I ordered 5 tubs and the shipping was only $14. This is STILL cheaper then what the local cake and candy shoppe is selling sweetex for.

Actually, that (The Baker's Kitchen) is where I got my 2 tubs of Alpine hi-ratio shortening (4 lbs each). I wasn't sure if I just lucked out that it was still early enough in the season or if they'd continue to ship them throughout the summer. Good to know they'll continue to ship them.
