I can't find a Wilton mini ball pan anywhere. Any suggestion that I can use to replace it. I need this by Sat.
Thanks

Do you have any small metal or pyrex bowls that would work as a half-ball? |

Any type of metal bowl or pyrex bowl if you can find the right size or you could order the pan and have them over night it or 2 day air. |

It kind of depends on how much the batter rises, but in general, you would want to fill the pan 1/2 to 2/3 of the way. Just measure the volume of your bowl by filling it with water and then measuring how much water it held. Then, divide that in half (or a bit more, to be 2/3) to figure out how many cups of batter you need.
I would tend to go to the full 2/3, since you want to make sure you have a nice half-orb, once you trim it flat on top. |
