Lucky for me I was just baking for family...mixed my cake batter using a doctored recipe that used instant pudding...baked the cakes 2 10 inch rounds...one fell..Ive never had a cake fall...the second just looked weird as if the crust wanted to fall off the cake...couldnt figure it out ..then as i was getting things ready to fill I noticed the boxes of pudding my dw had gone out and got for me was cook and serve......not instant

Sorry to hear about the mishap but lucky for you it wasn't for a customer! I think it's safe to say we all had stuff like that happen! Was it still edible?
