Don't know about Ohio but you can order it through www.chefrubber.com or www.pastrychef.com or www.pastrywiz.com this stuff isn't cheap though.

You can get user friendly bags at www.sweetc.com
They sell them for fifteen and change plus shipping. You do not have to get it in bulk. I have them here so I can just drive so I do not know shipping.
