colorboy - do you have the overall dimensions of the professional one? Even some dimensions that are close will work.

Thank you!

HUGE KUDOS for Americolor, Jim with Ameircolor is one of the nicest human beings i have ever spoken to. I called and asked for brochures for my cake class, we talked for at least an half hour, and forgot to give him my address, he called back for it, i missed to call, the man called back again, I am totally impressed with him and his company.
I can not wait to get the airbrush.

Does the system come with instructions such as how to mix the color, and basic instructions for those of us that have never used an airbrush?

I have tried reading everything I can find on this web-site, but think it would be good if someone could put together a tutorial.

I am sorry if I missed it some where. I did some reading on the "How to Airbrush" web-site, but it doesn't pertain to cakes.

Thanks.

maybe a stupid question, but can't you just mix paste color with vodka and use this mix for the airbrush???

You do the same if you want to paint your cake with lusterdust.

I mix my paste colors with vodka or everclear and glycerine. You have to have the glycerine to make them a little thicker so they don't run. Make sure it is mixed VERY well.

Do you know if an Americolor system is any different than a regular airbrush system?
