Imo it looks like the bottom is 2",2nd and 3rd are 4" and top is 3".
It is a beautiful cake. I don't think the top is taller than the second and third one. I am not sure which green that it is unless its like a moss green or maybe a lighter olive green. take a breather, everything will work out just fine.... I can't wait to see the picture so make sure you post it. |

Are you doing the tiers square? If so you really only need 3 tiers to feed 100. A 4/8/12 combo-square,saving the top tier will give you 104 serves. If she wants the 4 tiers you could make a dummy for the bottom. |

The bottom tier is def on a single layer. For that layer, I would torte and fill with bc. The other tiers look the standard 4in height. I think it's just the camera angle that's making you think they are different. I'll tell ya' I don't measure my final tier heights so I'm sure they could be off by 1/2in or so but I can't ever really tell in the final product. Don't worry yourself crazy over something like that. Just make them the standard size except for the bottom tier. |

I was not in the conversation but I was reading the post and I was filling so nervous for you.
I can't believe your cakes turn out so beautiful, you are so talented you need to have more confidence on yourself.
Congratulation!!!! |

Nice work fellow newbie! My first paying wedding cake was extremely stressful for me but the B&G loved the result which gave me the confidence to continue. Keep it up! |

Beautiful cakes! It really says something when a bride calls you on her WEDDING NIGHT to thank you for your work! Your flowers are very nice--did you make them? |
