I was following along good until it came to the plastic dowels? Where exactly do they go? Doesit go through the egg? Thanks!

And now I'm kicking myself... i kept seeing the stickey for "Roasted or Basted Turkey" and I kept thinking to myself that oh... a discussion on the best way to cook a turkey, so I never bothered to click on it! I've for sure missed out!

When u say egg pans, are they shaped like eggs or are you talking about the oval pans? And if I dont have the eggs pans will the ovals work?
