Filed my legal business name this morning and applied for building inspection. The health department said that since it is an already inspected kitchen, I should have no problems and could be up and running in a month.
Oooh--I have taken that leap of faith. I hope the butterflies in my stomach keep me from falling flat. That and God. Well, God definitely first and then the butterflies...LOL!
