I hope everyone's Sunday went well. My sister is getting married Saturday. She wants a butter pecan cake. I want to include a filling like the mousse but since this IS Texas it will be hot and the cake won't be refrigerated, I need something I can use that won't make all the guests ill. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
Oh Crud! I also need a filling/frosting for a carrot cake too. My future BIL wants a carrot cake instead of choco for his grooms cake.
