HELP!!!!
I read on CC to add a dash of salt to my buttercream to cut the sweetness, but now it's toooo salty. Anyone have a trick up their sleeve, other than tossing it all out. It's a big double batch.

Thanks in advance!

I wouldn't throw it all out, but maybe you could make another single batch without salt and mix them together.

You could make a smaller batch with no salt and blend them. Otherwise, I don't think there is much you can do.

Make sure you are mixing the salt with water before you add it to your buttercream... That will help..

This is great advice, wish I could remember to do it everytime....you don't know how many batches of buttercream I have 86'd.....I'm not the most patient person with my own screw ups! Crying or Very sad
