Sassy,
I have this mixer also. What are your proportions to make a 7 qt batch. Have not had a big enough order to try making that much and would love to have a tried and true recipe!

Thanks Kimmyboo925! I just ordered mine too and even though it only took the 30% off, I still got mine for $313 including tax. That's great savings. I've been looking at and wanting one of these, but since I have the 5 Qt. KA Pro, couldn't justify $500 for the Cuisinart. Can't wait to start doubling up on recipes. I have a wedding cake due soon and this will be a great help. Thanks again!
