I am making Pierce Bronsnan's wedding cake for a 50th anniversary From Mich Turners book this weekend. I am wondering if the best way to get the pattern onto the cake is to copy the pattern by hand onto parchment and then use a needle to mark the pattern onto the cake and then go back and pipe it with RI. Any suggestions/tips? |

You can use Wilton's Piping Gel to transfer the outlines onto the cake and then fill in.

Thank God! I was gonna transfer the pattern onto eat layer by poking holes. Fantastic! Mindy saves the day! |
