Yes, they are named!
Let me introduce you to Janet Leigh (KA Artisan) and Jamie Lee Curtis (KA Classic) the mother/daughter duo of scream queens, and other then photo ops like below they are usually sit on different counters to keep from arguing.

Too funny Mine is named Big Bertha after my quite large Aunt Bertha, who could bake up a storm. |

That's so sweet calynmom. What a great idea. My dad gave me my Hobart mixer and he passed away last year of cancer. Think I'll name mine John Boy. Boy, my DH will get a kick out of that one. |

I have a red professional series ka, and my niece named it BOBBY. I am not sure why she picked that, but it stuck. |

When I first got mine I hated "HIM". I wasn't quite used to him and didn't handle him properly, I think. And then one day I had a double batch of sugar cookies in him, and he just trucked right on through it, and we bonded. I felt like I kept pushing him through the batch and he kept taking it and doing more. That's when I named him "Wesley" from the Princess Bride. "As you wish" My ultimate fave movie! Wesley and I have developed quite a bond, and I think my DH is a bit jealous of him!!! |

Mine is Oliver. My Dad, who passed away 4 years ago was named Orville, but even he didn't like his name, so Oliver has similar letters, and my Dad LOVED the sweets I made him with my KA!
I named my computer too, Bob. I think I choose boy names, because there are so many females in my family! |

My 4.5 qrt. white KA is named Lady Galadriel because...
Instead of a dark lord, you would have a queen, beautiful and terrible. not dark but beautiful and terrible as the dawn! Tempestuous as the sea, and stronger than the foundations of the earth! All shall love MY CAKES and despair!!!
That what I hear in my head when I turn that baby on! |

This is hilarious... I thought I was crazy for naming mine but now I know I'm not. Mine is the stainless steel one, even though I wanted the orange one but got this one for Christmas from my mom so it doesn't matter, anyways......mine is called Old Faithfull cause I used to have a sunbeam and it always would smell burnt after making up batches of fondant until one day it just stopped in the middle of making a batch of royal icing. Not cool...... and Old Faithful just whips things up with no problem and with no burning smells. He's a great addition to my family. |
