Hi all... i've been away on holiday for the past 3 weeks and when i returned i just realised i have 200 over pages to catch up on!!!! arrghhh.... I haven't had the time to go through all the pages and not sure if this has been asked before, but was just wondering if anyone has a full copy of the cupcake recipes they could send to me as well as the beautiful cupcake recipe cards that Synfuldelite was collating. Hoping to be able to get the files so i can print it all out!!! There are just too many great ideas floating here that i just want to keep!!!! Thanks in advance!!! my e-mail is serenelui@yahoo.com. |

btw, i just attempted to make some chocolate stout cuppies and i have to say these cupcakes are just gorgeous... not much taste of the stout but the cake was super moist and somehow.. it helps to reduce the sweetness of the icing!!! Delicious!!!
Anyway, here are some cute nemo cupcakes i made for my aunt's birthday some time ago that i'd thought i'd share  (hope this works and that the files not too big!! :p) |

Well, I am off for a week of vacation to Cape Cod, will return on the 14th with a lot of catching up to do I am sure. I will not have internet access

cupcakemkr~ have a very relaxing trip although you will at some point be thinking of all the posts you'll be missing here!
So sorry, I just realized my mom and sister are coming in Tuesday and I'll be missing all this too for a week!!! Ugh!!!!

Hey Laura !!! How are ya buddy ?? Yes the recipe file is awesome huh! You should check in more often LOL!! It was put together by a few different people and updated by even a few others ! And lots of us have shared recipes ! Please if you have any recipes and or cuppy pictures you love ??Post away we just cant get enough ! So enjoy the recipes and have a great 4th ! |

Thanks fiddlesticks I am about to go turn on the grill now.. I think that is wonderful of you guys to put that recipe list together.. I can't wait to go over it... I have been baking all day today.. two cakes to do tomorrow.. I just love the smell of baking cakes.. You have a happy 4th and I will check back in here more often..... |

Well I got behind enjoying all my fun time with the grandkids. We are putting up pickles and salsa. Fiddlesticks congrats on the freezer and hope you two will both be very happy together. I love all the pictures and wonderful recipes on here. They all sound so good I think I just gained 10 lbs from looking. Mel hurry up with that pancake recipe. Sarsi I hope the birthday party for hubby goes good and I hope everyone had a great 4th. |

thanks all, the tower alone was 40 inches tall it was huge but quite beautiful the kids just loved it this is a back view. |

fiddlesticks~ not only did I think I passed the white glove test but I 'think' everything went well, I think....they brought 2 bottles of wine!! So I 'think' everything went well...all I know is, I have to drink more...my tolerance must be down!! Ha, ha. But the meal and dessert turned out perfect (normally SOMETHING always burns or something), but this turned out fantastic! I made Tequila Lime Chicken, complete with the fried tortillas, spanish rice, lime garnish, pico sauce, and then mexican fried ice cream on a cinnamon/sugar fried tortilla shell. Mmmmmm.

When my mom comes in I'm having an Open House for relatives to come here instead of going to everyones homes, so I'm thinking about making a cupcake tier with all the different flavors for some desserts. |

Well ,glad to hear it went so well for you !! I know you did a lot of work getting ready !The meal sounded wonderful to.Im looking into buying a cupcake tower soon. I cant wait to see yours all full. Please post a picture if you do one?And Meemawfish,Thanks so much. It really is my new best friend for now Im really enjoying the room in it I put only baking items( desserts /flour /sugar ) in it and left all the reg food in my extra fridge freezer.As thats what I bought it for was my baking . I do lots of candy and baking ahead at the hoildays and it will be so nice to have lots of room this year ! |

fiddlesticks~ don't know what I'd do without my freezer in the basement. Mine is a big one. Problem is, it's not a self defrost or whatever, so I have a lot of ice buildup on the sides. 
But I love it! I use it for all the good sales on meats, etc. I find. Lately though, I've been emptying it out, thank goodness and we've all been enjoying the foods that need to be used up! And my grocery bill has gone down a lot since I don't run to the store everyday. I wouldn't have enough ahead baking to justify buying one just for that, but hey, whatever works! I couldn't live without an extra freezer! |
