Queria saber si tienen algun truco o plan B para cuando el clima esta muy humedo pues el sabado despues de tener por tres dias secando mis "loops" (pasta laminada con Tylose) al ponerlos sobre el bizcocho se comenzaron a bajar Crying or Very sad y hasta uno se partio Embarassed Quisiera saber que hacen ustedes cuando les pasa esto, o si es mejor hacer los lazos en gumpaste la proxima vez?? Confused

Yo prefiero hacerlos en gumpaste y/o Tylose. Quedan más fuertes y resistentes que en pasta laminada.

Funnycake, yo siempre los hago de gumpaste los meto al horno y los seco con la luz del horno y quedan como piedra. La pasta nunca se seca por dentro puede tostarse por fuera pero su interior siempre va a ser humedo y al ponerle a esta mecla palillos o alambres no aguantan. Thumbs Up!

Yo los preparo una semana antes si son de pasta laminada porque tardan un monton en secarse. Si no tengo mucho tiempo los hago de gumpaste y lo pongo debajo de una lampara! Pero siempre la humedad los va a ablandar por mas secos que esten! La humedad es el enemigo #1 del azucar!! Yo tiemblo cuando voy a montar un bizcocho al aire libre y hay humedad Sad enseguida la pasta se pone brillosa y pegajosa! Sad Thumbs Down
