Saludos a todas!!! y que bueno que pronto nos veremos!!!

Una de las miembros de Cake Central hizo una pregunta sobre pegar figuras hechas en fondant y le aconsejaron pegar con agua o royal icing...

Siempre he visto en Food Network que los chefs utilizan mucho como un spray de pega para pegar tanto el fondant como el chocolate..alguien sabe lo que es y donde se puede conseguir? Eso me tiene bien curiosa. Es que hasta parece una pega milagrosa!


Tambien he visto que a veces le echan un spray a todo el cake como para que brille o algo asi, como un gloss, saben algo de eso tambien?

Otra cosita que le puedan estar echando es perfume, viene en spray y se lo echas al cake cuando ya está decorado. Yo tengo el de olor a piña. En este website tienen unos cuantos y puedes llamar a pedir una muestra gratis.
