This is great. Thanks so much! BTW, anybody know where to get a color mixing chart for Satin Ice fondant? I saw one at my cake supply store hanging next to the Satin Ice, but they were super busy and I haven't been back yet to ask.

Icing Color Chart
When mixing color always mix a small amount of color to experiment. Start with base color and then add very small amounts of secondary color. Be sure to mix enough color for the cakes to be decorated as it is difficult to match an exact color.

THANK YOU!!! I am laminating this, I am not a color master and quite often get a different shade that I wanted. Thank you both!

Hi Petit-four: do you mean that the first color listed in the color combination is the Base color?

Hi angkimbrell...sorry for the slow response. I'd not been receiving topic notices.

Yes, I think they mean mix up the base color (the main color) to the general intensity you want, and then tint it with a tiny bit of the additional colors. So, for example, for "ANTIQUE GOLD" I'd start with yellow icing, and then add a little green as they direct.

Hope this helps! Thumbs Up!
