I need some artistic input. This cake is missing something but what? Thought about a top border but what could I use. I don't wanna use barbed wire. I know the recipient and she likes Dio, Fantasy dragons, and the Philly Eagles. I am going to put a "Happy Birthday" Tat on his arm some where.
