Hace poco fui a un 50 aniversario y la torta estaba deliciosa pero lo que mas me gusto fue el frosting porque estaba muy rico y muy blanco. Como consigo hacer el buttercream frosting tan blanco? y sobre todo que este tan delisioso? Confused Pues estaba dulce pero no tan dulce me explico? alguna sujerencia?

Hola. No se si el que yo hago sea el mismo que tu provastes pero esta es la receta. Es blanco y no es muy dulce.


1 taza de crisco*
1/2 cuchuradita de vainilla blanca
1/4 cucharadita de mantequilla
1/4 cucharadita de almendra
3 cucharadas de agua
1 cucharada de polvo de merengue
1 # de 10x

Primero mesclas los primeros 5 ingredientes hasta estas bien cremoso.(* que la manteca crisco NO sea la de sabor de mantequilla.) Luego echas la azucar y el polvo de merengue y dejas batir por lo menos unos 5 minutos en velocidas alta. Espero que te guste mientras mas bates la mescla es mas suave.

ese frosting forma "crust", o sea se pone durito en la superficie como el BC regular?

Sara, yo le echo el líquido de Wilton's que se llama White White a mi frosting. Incluso lo utilizo cuando se me va la mano con un color y me queda muy oscuro.
