Found this recipe for an alcoholic pound cake; the duncan hines recipe.

But the frosting is unusual.

I thought I read on a previous post that you can't add anything to Rich's Bettercream.

Anyone game enough to try this. I don't have any Rich's...

Whew..that sounds like sooomme cake! (hic).

I mix rich's with fillings all the time. I love to lighten up bavarian with it. It gives it a nice taste!. You can mix fruit fillings with it too. You just have to make sure you fold them together because when its overwhipped Rich's gets a weird texture.

I have added different flavorings and ingredients to Richs bettercreme. Like the post before do not overwhip it, it gets real airy and ugly.
