Coloring White Chocolate Chips?

Can I color white chocolate baking chips for chocolate transfers? Even my kids don't like the Wilton candy melts Thumbs Down

You can, but you need to get color made for chocolate. food colors won't work.

Thanks! I wasn't sure if the white chocolate chips would harden the same as the candy melts once melted and coloring added. I made my chocolate transfer this evening and it turned out pretty good.
