Too bad you couldn't do chocolate covered Oreos. Spinningleaf has a Celtic mold...my kids love it! Can you copy some Celtic designs in melted chocolate or RI and stick those on the cookie? |

I'm picturing some kind of Celtic knot. I can't wait to see what you come up with! |

Oh fun!
I have a celtic cookie press kit, though that is not the same as you are needing I am sure.
I have only seen the celtic cross as an actual cookie cutter.
I second Gemini--doing RI designs and putting them on each cookie, maybe on top of some yummy buttery icing.
Can't wait to see them too! |

I found these sugar pieces. Kind of pricey, but might save you some headache.

Could you use the Spinning Leaf mold to make the chocolate pieces (or RI) and then apply to the cookie? |
