Yellow scratch cake with strawberry glaze. Fresh strawberries and egg yolk buttercream filling. Semi-sweet and milk chocolate ganache.

I tried leaving the cakes in the pan and covering to retain moisture. It works! It worked too well. The cake was so moist it that one entire section collapsed. Delicious, but messy! Smile Next time, I will try covering and leaving in the pan for just 30min or so. The ganache turned out great, but it picked up the crumbly cake crumbs.

I quickly dipped a few leftover strawberries to plug the hole. Razz
